Fleur Kundersma

Consultant Evaluatie

Fleur worked for many years as a lawyer in national and international legal practice. For Donahue & Partners, the EY-affiliated law firm, she served as a senior attorney in New York for four years. There, she was responsible for the execution of large international legal projects, such as restructurings and reorganizations. She later worked as an independent coach, guiding individuals and teams in the areas of personal and professional development. She joined Legal People as a Consultant Executive Search and advanced within the organization to the role of Consultant Evaluation at Hemingway.

"In my work within the legal profession, I always found great fulfillment in interacting with people and placing organizational issues in a broader context. Driven by my interest in people, teams, and organizations, I completed a three-year training program to become a facilitator of developmental processes at both personal and organizational levels. Through my role as Consultant Executive Search at Legal People, I eventually joined Hemingway. In my position as Consultant Evaluation, I am uniquely able to combine head and heart. I draw on the knowledge and experience I have gained in the legal field, executive search, and as a (team) coach simultaneously. I love the dynamic nature and diversity of themes that each board evaluation brings. Every time, it energizes me to make behavior and existing patterns in the boardroom visible and open for discussion, with the ultimate goal of optimizing the functioning of the supervisory board or board of directors and, by extension, the organization."
