This program is open to executives and professionals who want to prepare for a commissioner role or have recently started as a supervisory board member. Governance is a profession, and it is crucial for prospective commissioners to be aware of their new role, what it entails, and the challenges that come with it.
What we offer is more than just a program; it is a package of opportunities.
In eight sessions, held from 16:30 to 19:00 (followed by a ‘working buffet’) with a maximum of 16 participants, the key topics for commissioners will be addressed and explored through practical examples, guided by top specialists and highly experienced commissioners. Each session will be moderated to keep the discussions sharp.
During the program, participants will have access to the E-cademy; 12 digital learning paths covering relevant and current topics for supervisory board members, combined with 12 masterclasses.
During the program, participants can join GoedeMorgenCommissaris; a weekly online breakfast seminar (every Wednesday morning from 8:15 to 8:57 AM) featuring a current topic for supervisory board members.
All participants and alumni of our training programs are welcome at the Hemingway Connect Friday afternoons. This allows you to stay updated on how your fellow participants are doing and meet people from other cohorts.
The PACT measurement is an innovative and proven tool to gain insight into your core strengths. What do you do from your ‘natural’ strength, and what are you good at but operate from your ‘performance strength’? What does this mean for your role in a supervisory board or governance?
After completing the program, you will have a one-on-one conversation with Hemingway Search to discuss opportunities for a supervisory role, during which we will also review the results of your PACT measurement.
Participants will receive the Hemingway Supervisory Board Certificate upon completion.
