Hemingway offers monthly in-depth online masterclasses on a wide range of topics, such as governance & liability, risk management & control, M&A and employee participation, as well as cybersecurity and stakeholder management. While the focus is on knowledge transfer from our lecturers, it also emphasizes the ‘commissioner’s perspective’: What questions should you, as a supervisory board member, be asking, and which points should you raise with the executive board?

The online masterclasses are suitable for both novice commissioners who want to educate themselves and experienced supervisory board members who wish to keep their knowledge up to date. It is also highly recommended for the entire board as part of professional development.

The study materials vary by topic and consist of relevant articles and/or reading and viewing recommendations. The lecturer’s presentation is always shared with the participants afterward. For each masterclass, you will receive 3 CPD points, and a certificate will be provided upon request.

NB The online masterclasses are free of charge for one year for participants of Hemingway’s regular training programs.
