Impression Annual Forum Hermitage 2019

“Whack them all” were the final words of the Annual Forum in Museum The Hermitage by Bart van der Werf, director at Innovation Booster, to an audience of over 280 (non) executives. A call to action for addressing new themes that deserve better understanding and focused attention of non-executives.

Dean Xian Bing of the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, our partner in China, emphasized the importance of the understanding of different governance systems without being biased. The relations China – Europe are too important to just follow the political sentiment. Assistant Dean Bo Ji showed us the main differences in governance systems.

The second new theme, addressed by Professor Jeroen van den Hoven of the TU Delft, was: A new ethical design due to digitalization and big data. Is Europe going to be the museum of the world or the cradle of digital ethical design 4.0?

For the third theme Peter ter Kulve, Global Head Growth & Sustainability at Unilever, showed us how to combine growth and sustainability, based on trust of the consumer, how business models can be adapted and how to ‘manage’ the (non) executives on this new way of thinking.

We invite you to have brief look at the aftermovie and invite you kindly to whack them all!
